Ricardo Díaz is Head of Americas at Cubico. Based in Cubico’s office in Stamford, Connecticut, Ricardo is responsible for managing business across North and Latin America. He is also part of the company’s Global Investment Committee, which is in charge of approving new investments worldwide.
Previously, Ricardo was European Head of Asset & Capital Structuring at Santander and was responsible for Santander’s equity investments in energy, infrastructure and transport, which had assets under management in excess of €1 billion. During this time Ricardo originated, structured and executed some of Europe’s landmark renewable energy transactions in PV, wind, CSP and water infrastructure. Prior to Santander, Ricardo worked for Arthur Andersen.

Guido Cerini is Vice Chairman of Latin America for Credit Suisse. Based in New York, he is the Head of Energy and Infrastructure for the Latin America Coverage Group and covers clients active in the power, utilities and renewables sector.
He joined Credit Suisse in May 2010 from J.P. Morgan, where he was Head of the Latin America Natural Resources practice for approximately 17 years. He has significant experience working with companies in strategic advisory, capital raising, restructuring, privatization and risk management assignments.
Mr. Cerini holds an M.B.A. in Corporate Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan, and B.A. degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from the Universidad Católica de Argentina.
Carlos is Managing Partner of Latin America for Finergreen, an international financial advisory boutique specialized in the renewable energy sector (Solar, Wind, Hydro, Biomass and Storage).
The company has completed €2.1 billion of transactions representing more than 6 GW of assets. With a team of 50+ people based in Paris, Madrid, Budapest, Dubai, Singapore, Mexico, Abidjan and Nairobi, the company operates through three main segments: Mergers & Acquisitions, Project Finance and Strategic Advisory
Based in Mexico City, Carlos and his team cover Central and South America, including the Caribbean.
Carlos has over 10 years of M&A experience in Mexico and LatAm, and holds Bachelor's degrees in Finance and in Economics from Southern Methodist University.

Saurabh Anand is a Managing Director, responsible for origination, analysis, structuring, valuation and execution of investments for the Power Deal Team. He brings over 18 years of principal investing experience in the global energy industry to the firm and is a member of the Investment Committee.
Saurabh currently serves on the Board of Directors of Nexif Energy, Rio Energy, Ceiba Energy, and Greenleaf Power.
Prior to joining Denham, Saurabh spent four years with GE Energy Financial Services focusing on private equity and structured financing transactions in the energy industry. In this role, he originated, evaluated, and executed multiple power generation and oil and gas investments in the United States and Asia Pacific region.
As editor of the Latin American team, Jonathan Carmody is responsible for delivering proprietary information on funds, M&A and project finance stories in the Latin America and the Caribbean region. Carmody joined Inframation Group in February 2014 and is responsible for driving the Latin American content to ensure that our coverage in the region stays focused and up to date.
